Issue: Our non-exempt employees needed to develop communication and leadership skills that would help them successfully train new associates. We also needed training for our customer service staff to help them continue to meet our challenging goals.

Outcome: Our management and senior staff committed to implementing several suggestions from the PDI training sessions. As a result of the training and development:

• Our call center hit a record-breaking year with more than $1 million sold from up-sells alone. This was a direct result of the impressive training program that PDI delivered.
