Cheryl Brueggeman
Assistant Dean Educator, consultant, grant writer, and now Assistant Dean for Workforce Development, Cheryl has spent the last 25 years conducting needs assessments and delivering quality, customized professional development programs to more than 250 area companies. Representing UC/RWC on numerous federal, state, and local workforce initiatives takes priority in her position. Cheryl has an A.A.S./B.S. in business and a B.A. in education from Northern Kentucky University and a Master's in education from the University of Cincinnati. |

Jane Hoge
Executive Director A former management and technical trainer herself—with 25 years of experience in corporations and schools—Jane has a keen understanding of PDI's services and their benefit to business. For the past four years, she has served as executive director, building and maintaining client relationships and overseeing the development of grant-driven training projects and contract training programs. Jane has a B.S. in education from Otterbein College. |

Joyce Wagner
Program Director Business Development Equipped with the ability to build highly successful corporate relationships, Joyce excels at multi-tasking and managing deadlines for PDI’s business development area. For seven years, PDI's clients have benefitted from her years of experience in corporate sales, team development, and project management. She has a B.A. in organizational communications from Xavier University and has received numerous leadership certifications throughout her career. |

Cathy Gellenbeck
Account Executive Business Development With more than 15 years of experience in business, Cathy brings to her clients an acute awareness of their training and development needs. In the past four years at PDI, she has established positive relationships with dozens of local companies, spanning all sizes and industries. Her specialties include manufacturing and healthcare. Cathy has a B.A. in political science from The Ohio State University. |

Cynthia Bellinger
Lead Education Coordinator Throughout her 21 years in event planning, Cynthia has coordinated events for corporations and higher education institutions, on and off site. In 2009, she planned and monitored more than 100 events, catering every detail to the specific client. She excels at customer service and guarantees that every PDI client is satisfied with the learning experience. Cynthia has a B.A. in education from Benedict College and an M.A. in education from The Ohio State University. |

Lacey McCarthy
Accountant II For the past five years, Lacey has demonstrated her accounting expertise by developing and analyzing PDI's annual budgets. Her goal is to ensure that clients receive quality workforce development products and services at the best possible price. She also manages university, state, and departmental financial policies, which are constantly in flux and require speedy adaptation. Customer service and fiscal responsibility are her priorities. Lacey has a B.S. in business administration and an M.B.A. from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. |

Rebecca Curley
Marketing Coordinator With a degree in business administration and experience in corporate education, Rebecca has perfected the art of listening to companies and pinpointing their priorities. Her expertise in delivering data regarding workforce trends and best practices to PDI clients is a valuable extension of PDI's business development. Her marketing efforts have expanded PDI's reach to local schools, businesses, and non-profits. She has a B.S. in business administration from Miami University. |
